She is a member of the Academic Committee of the Asia-Pacific Bone Marrow Transplantation Group, a standing committee member and deputy leader of the Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation and Cell Therapy group of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association Hematologic Tumors Committee, chairperson of the Digital Diagnosis and Treatment Committee for Hematologic Diseases, vice-chairperson of the Targeted Professional Committee of the Women's Physicians Association, and vice-chairperson of the Hematology Institutions Branch of the Chinese Hospital Association.


With over 30 years of experience in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, she is an internationally renowned expert in the field. With thousands of transplant cases under her belt, she has unique and successful experience in choosing transplantation methods, treating severe graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) and infections, transplantation for refractory/relapsed leukemia, prevention and treatment of post-transplantation relapse, post-transplantation immunotherapy (targeting leukemia, viruses, fungi), transplantation for elderly leukemia patients, post-CAR-T sequential transplantation, and second allogeneic transplants. She has established a comprehensive transplantation system, achieving internationally leading results in transplantation-related toxicity and disease-free survival rates for both hematologic malignancies and benign hematologic diseases. Her research results on CAR-T bridging allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for treatment of refractory/relapsed B-ALL and T-ALL have been published in international journals such as the British Journal of Haematology, Frontiers in Oncology, and Transplantation and Cellular Therapy.
