Doctor Wang specializes in the comprehensive treatment of pediatric hematologic oncological diseases, including chemotherapy, hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, and cellular immunotherapy. He is familiar with the diagnosis and treatment plans for pediatric acute and chronic leukemia, various solid tumors, and multiple hematological disorders, and is particularly skilled in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for various refractory pediatric hematologic malignancies and rheumatic autoimmune diseases. He has completed over 200 cases of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, with conditions including acute and chronic leukemia, various lymphomas, myelodysplastic syndromes, neuroblastoma, and other malignant diseases in children, as well as non-malignant diseases and congenital disorders such as aplastic anemia, hemophagocytic syndrome, systemic lupus erythematosus, thalassemia, chronic granulomatous disease, Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome, and marble bone disease. Since 2015, he has been conducting research and patient management for cellular immunotherapy in refractory relapsed pediatric hematologic malignancies, and he was the first in the country to initiate donor CAR-T therapy for relapsed pediatric leukemia after transplantation. The results of his research on CAR-T therapy for refractory solid tumors were selected for poster presentation at the 2022 American Society of Hematology Annual Meeting.
